Here an announcement from our hoster....

O.k - at least april the 29th, the board will have a breakdown. The servers move from the USA to Germany. The board won't be available at this time.
In the following, we will have a better performance and the webadmins will get some useful features - but these features won't concern us directly.

I'm posting this as a global announcement, so your are informed in time.

Shorah b'shemtee! Hello there everybody, welcome to the FFA, roughtly translated: the 'Faculty of Research and Adventure'... I guess all Myst/Uru Explorers from around the world know what that means. The FFA is a friendly forum where you can exchange ideas and pictures about Uru and the other Myst Games, or just hang out, learn German: whatever you like. The idea to create an international, English speaking subcategory is this: Myst games interest people all around the world. Uru Prologue and Until Uru have given us a chance to meet and connect - whether to just hang out together, make new friends, explore things or even have deeper kinds of intercultural "encounters". Shorah!! I am so pleased to see this and hope to post frequently here and on the German RealLife Forum. Let me take this opportunity to thank all of you for putting up with my mangled translations and to personally thank Smartdiva, Robert Kosten, Locutus and The Modificator for translating posts I made and posting for me!! I sure hope that Google's Translator or Babblefish improve their services or I shall be forced to become a student of German, French, Italian Japanese, Russian..well you get the picture!! :D Shorah!! Ich freue mich so dies hier und im RL-Forum zu sehen und hoffe oft zu posten. Shorah everyone Just thought I would jump in and say hello This is a great forum and I want to say thanks for setting up this English section. My German is pretty bad so I will probably stick to English At least until I can take some more classes I bookmarked this forum now so I can surf through it with the other URU forums And thank you to the mods here for translating and helping all of us communicate ~Weldergeek
